About the Doctor

Dr. Kris Blum smiling

Dr. Kris Blum graduated summa cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2008. With extensive experience in sports and performance care, Dr. Blum has treated athletes at prestigious events such as the San Francisco Marathon, the Cinderella Classic, Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, and the American Volleyball Tour. She has also contributed her expertise to the San Jose Ballet and Alonzo King Lines Ballet, and served as an ART provider for the 2007 Ironman Championship in Kona, Hawaii.​

Her personal involvement in running, cycling, swimming, snowboarding, paddleboarding, hiking, and yoga has deepened her understanding of movement, health, and healing. Dr. Blum is dedicated to enhancing the functional capacity of all her patients, whether they are elite athletes, weekend warriors, busy professionals, or new parents and grandparents. Dr. Blum is passionate about helping you achieve your health and performance goals and looks forward to being an integral part of your healthcare team!
